Town Lake / Lady Bird Lake
Town Lake runs directly through the city of Austin. No Motor Boats are allowed on this lake and it is generally used for canoes
and row clubs. The shoreline of this lake is one of Austins best hike and bike trails and is one of the main jogging paths in the
area. There are multiple parks along the lake and the main Fireworks shows can be seen here.
Lake Austin is one of Austin's busiest lakes. This river like lake is a constant level lake and is enjoyed year round by boaters and
anglers. This lake is dammed on both ends. To the west By Lake Travis and to the east by Town Lake. The most expensive land in
Austin will be found on the shorelines of Lake Austin with lots ranging in the millions.
Lake Travis is Austin's largest lake. With 256 Miles of pristine shoreline, Lake Travis is a site to see. Its clear blue waters are
caused by the natural limestone which acts as a sort of natural chlorine. There are multiple bars, restaurants, docks and of course
subdivisions along this lake. The average lot price is between $50k and up to the Millions. Drive time to Downtown Austin is 20
